A:AnswerYou’ll get much better audio quality if you plug the speakers into the receiver, if they can handle the power. If not you should get new speakers.
A:AnswerYes you should be able use passthrough. My system is hooked up to an xbox one x with no issues. Look in the manual that came with your reciever, you may have to change a setting on the reciever.
A:AnswerI believe stadium mode is simply a sound effect to make it sound like you are in a stadium. It will simply take the input sound track and add that sort of echo sound that you hear at a stadium.
A:AnswerHello. You can only connect the speakers in series if the receiver ohm load is 6ohms. You can look on the back of the receiver by the speaker terminals to see the ohm loads. I would highly recommend you look into buying 8ohm speakers. I have blown two receivers center and back rear channels using the lower ohm loads. Even when I wired them in series. I use 8 ohm speakers and I have not had any issues yet.
A:AnswerHi there! Yes, you can hook up two speakers up to 7.1 speaker system. Please check this link for more details: https://docs.sony.com/release//Help_4584081111.pdf -Jerome
A:AnswerYes, but remember Bluetooth is really only use for music and standard tv sounds. If you’re looking to get the sorround sound experience you will need to switch to TV.
A:AnswerYour problem sounds similar to what I had. You have to go into the settings and change the HDMI to enhanced. My son had to walk me through the process. I also gaff to change my HDMI cables to USB 2.0 or better. I actually use USB 2.2.
A:AnswerHi cowman12, Yes, it is compatible with 4K TV, 4K Blu-ray player, and you can install 5.1 up to 7.1 surround speakers on this receiver. Here is the link to its online help guide: https://docs.sony.com/release//Help_4584081111.pdf -Jerome
A:AnswerYes. Let the auto setup do it. It can tell how many speakers the system is feeding. Once it does the initial setup you can fine tune other settings as you see fit.
