A:AnswerHave you tried going into the Apps themselves and making any adjustments that may be needed? I use a Roku Ultra to fully command this TV and the ARC connected Sound Bar.
A:AnswerARC for the soundbar and HDMI 4 Or if your others are open to use; HDMI 2 - should fix the problem. My soundbar is (Lg) is not recognized either as it is not a Sony soundbar, yet it performs normally using the ARC HDMI connection.
Check your Disc Player Settings to insure that it lets the TV's volume control - control it, try Sync settings via the TV also.

A:AnswerI have the same issue,I did contact Sony multiple times and I have no help as of yet.Kicked around to various people all the time making notes. Now I have to wait for the "Tech person" to call me in 2-3 days. It has been 2 already and nothing. I am taking it back to BestBuy this Saturday and never buying Sony again. Money back please
