QuestionI purchased a Sony XBR65X900E with a Sony HTNT5 sound bar. Connected through HDMI arc. Sound bar on Bluetooth works great. Tv sound works. But I can’t get any tv sound through the sound bar. Silence. How do I get them to work together?

- Answer I had the same problem at first - mine was not plugged-in tight enough. Simple solution, but I worked and worked - finally I pushed in the round plug where the sound bar was, and boom. May not help you, but did the trick for me. It's worth a check.

- Answer Hi sami, no, we recommend purchasing the TV to the region to where it will be used. The power requirement of our TVs outside the US is AC 110-240V, 50/60Hz. Thanks, -Mark

QuestionI downloaded google chrome on my Sony Bravia XBR65X900Et. But when I open the app I can not use the keyboard to type the URL in the serach area, only the voice works which get wrong sites because of accent. How do I solve it? Thanks

- Answer You need to plug in a keyboard and mouse into the tv via the USB ports so that you can click on the address bar to type into it. Google chrome is not officially built for android tv as you have to side load it onto the tv to get it on there in the first place.

QuestionHi, I just bought a XBR-65X900E sony bravia TV. Yesterday when setting it up I found that there is no web browser in it. I am interested in setting up Google Chrome Browser to watch some of the Indian TV shows which are not available anywhere else.

- Answer Try unplugging the HDMI cable and plugging it back in. This seems to happen occasionally to me on some of my TVs.

QuestionJust brought this TV a few weeks ago and all my devices were working fine to cast now none of my devices find the tv almost like if it didn’t had a chromecast build in to it i checked and made sure it was enabled anyone knows how to fux this?

QuestionOther than a 'newer model', how does the 65" HD 4K series ending in '900' compared to the same TV ending in '800'? Same respectful SPECS.; Both have colors in the Billions, so what's the deal? Kindly EXPAND on your response.

QuestionI watched Netflix by using the button on tv remote. When I am done watching , I choose watch tv from the action menu. The tv does Not go back to the correct input for my DirectTv receiver. Can a different input be assigned to this option

- Answer Yes. Just press the TV button next to ACTION MENU button on the remote. I have DISH and it goes back to TV. It shouldn't matter, but I have DISH in HDMI 2. Hope this helps.

QuestionJust purchased this and set it up yesterday using the included stand. Seems the TV angles backwards slightly when using the stand. Is this normal, or did I make a mistake assembling the stand?

Questionim really having a hard time trying decide wether to go with this or the x930e. been going back and fourth for 2 weeks now. im a movie fanatic but i also like to save a buck when i can. are the differences that noticeable with the 900 and the 930?????

- Answer I had the same problem. I could not justify the difference in price as I could hardly tell the difference in picture quality. I am extremely happy with the 900.

- Answer No, it's 4k resolution. No 3D. TV manufacturers are hesitating on making new 3D TVs these days.
