  • QuestionCan the headphones be used by someone who is hard of hearing while other people listen to the TV?

    Asked by KT.

    • Answer As far as I can figure out, Not with my Samsung TV. When I activate the Bluetooth option in the TV settings it disconnect any other sound source coming out of the TV, in my case my surround sound system. The options in the settings are the internal speakers, the surround sound receiver or the Bluetooth. Other TV's may be different or perhaps the TV manufacturer or the Geek Squad could help you out.

    • Answer the red light can mean 2 things. A: it means the battery is low and you need to charge it. • QuestionI am hard of hearing and I want to purchase 1 headphone to use with all 4 of our tv's. Is this possible or do I need to buy 4 different transmitters and headphones?

    Asked by Pennypoo21.

    • Answer Its possible but its not the headphones that will be the deciding factor, you'd need some kind of switch appliance to choose the signal unless your TV's have bluetooth which is unlikely.

  • Questionhow are the highs and mids with the sony headphones?

    Asked by maxx.

    • Answer The highs and mids are good on these headphones as long as the ultra bass is turned off and the sound is optimized for music. You can control the music settings upon powering the headphones up by using the volume + or - buttons. Obviously the ultra bass button can be toggled at any time by pushing the button on the left earpiece.

  • QuestionHow long a full charge last

    Asked by Jr.

    • Answer Hi, A full charge on mine will last about 2 weeks or so. I use them only at work (M-F, 8-5) and only for a few hours a day. Although sometimes I forget and leave them on overnight. I feel like they last a really long time. And what's nice is they have a cord so you can plug them in when they die and keep listening. Although the headset buttons no longer work when you have them plugged in through the headphone jack. So in terms of hours, I don't know how long they're rated to last, but I feel like I get around 20 hours of use out of them, which lasts around 2-3 weeks for me. And when you have to charge your phone every single day, 2 weeks is amazing. • QuestionWill the bass boost function work when NOT using Bluetooth?

    Asked by Kenny.

    • Answer The bass boost is only available when using Bluetooth. Reason being is Bluetooth is restricted to 20Hz-20,000Hz. Using the supplied cable the headset operates at 3Hz-28,000Hz. So really wouldn't need to boost it at that range.
