• A:Answer Ja, yes, si, oui, да. The α7c has a full frame sensor and E lens mount. This lens is designed for full framed sensor cameras with E mount, hence the "FE" in its name (F = full frame, E = E mount). The lens will also work with APS-C (crop sensor) cameras with E mount such as the α6*00 series of cameras, but you need to understand the consequences (too many articles and videos on the internet explaining it to bother repeating here).
