QuestionI have a small room, 12x12. Should I get this or a HT-A5000? I know the 5000 is better but it's it need for my small room? Or is the 5000 overkill? I'm also plan on getting a subwoofer and 2 rear speakers.

QuestionI want to connect my TV to the HDMI eARC connector, and my Computer to the Optical Connector. What will the soundbar do when the TV and the Computer are both on, and what will it do when only one of them is on? Does the "input Select" button control this?

- Answer Hi Darby, Good question! The soundbar plays audio from the input that you've selected. If the TV and your computer are both on, or even if only one of them is on, you will have to manually choose the input on the soundbar. Hope this helps! QuestionI just purchased this sound bar as well as a new 65in XR Sony TV and had best buy install it all yesterday but even with the volume turned all the way up, it isn't very loud. I am very disappointed about it. Is there anything that they maybe didn't adjust

- Answer In advanced settings you need to change “advanced auto volume”to “automatically adjust to to input signal.” That will fix it. Sound is way better with that one change.

QuestionIs there a way so that when you play music from a USB drive, it starts off where it left off last time versus restarting from song 1? That seems like very basic functionality.

- Answer Hi Anon, thank you for reaching out to us. HAT3000 should start playing music from last track it was playing long as USB has not ben removed or sound bar power hasn’t been disconnected. We also recommend ensuring the software is updated. If you're not sure, it's easy to check which version of firmware you have: Turn on your TV and make sure that it's tuned to the input your Sound Bar is connected to, so if the Sound Bar is connected to the HDMI2 socket, choose HDMI2 as the input. Turn on the Sound Bar. Press HOME on the remote control and wait until you see the HOME screen On the home screen, select Setup → Advanced Settings with the arrow keys on the remote control and then press ENTER. Select System Settings → System Information with the arrow keys on the remote control and then press ENTER. On the TV screen, if the version number is 001.077 or higher (the 1st and 2nd zeros of the software version number can be ignored), you already have the most recent firmware version. - Answer No it doesn't. At least mine didn't. For as much as you pay for it & as much as a quality product Sony is, you think they would include them. Oh, if you get the back speakers & want to wall mount them - there are not mounting devices for them either!

- Answer Your HT-A3000 should be connected to your TV with an HDMI cable to the eARC or ARC port. No need to connect your soundbar to the TV remote since once the TV and Soundbar are connected by HDMI the sound will automatically go come from the TV. There are features for the soundbar that you will have to make using your setting on the soundbar remote, but volume control should be done thru the TV remote.
