Q: QuestionWhat is the effective range of the BT? The current unit, in my Hunter 376 sloop, will not accept iPhone BT control from the cockpit. The distance is no more than 15’ and through 2 fiberglass bulkheads.

Q: QuestionHow do you find playlists on the ipod using the remote? The only way I've found to do it is set the playlist, and then plug the IPOD in . I've tried each button to go up a level to find the playlist and I cannot seem to.

Q: QuestionIs the Sony marine stereo model # DXSM5511BT sold in a kit with 2 speakers the same is this deck? One has a specification that very clearly says it has CarPlay and the other unit does Not say so. Will there be a bracket to fit this opening?

• A:Answer The unit does not have a CD player, Therefore it cannot play CD MP3's. It does have Bluetooth so you can play MP3's via a Bluetooth device such as your phone, iPod or Bluetooth MP3 device.
