• A:Answer You can’t listen to phone calls via Bluetooth because the Sony CRE-C20 hearing aids to not offer Bluetooth. However, I have no problem putting my phone up to my ear as normal. Works great!

The app is needed for setup and customization of Sony OTC hearing aids. Sony cannot guarantee functionality of the Sony | Hearing Control app outside of the United States or with use of a VPN. A smartphone with the Sony | Hearing Control app will allow the user to change volume, sound balance, and make fine tuning adjustments but is not necessary for use of the hearing aids beyond the initial setup and self-fitting process.
