“My daughter is using these for online school. However they can not hear her talk. Are we not doing something correctly? She has them plugged in to the computer, and has them turned on. Please help.”

The headphones is for her to hear and block out background noise. They don't have an attached microphone. You may need to add/buy a microphone, or at least check the settings on your computer to make sure she can be heard hope this helps.
