Only if your TV has a phone jack. Most smart TV's sold before 2019 don't have one. Not sure about the later models.

The headphones have a mini-Jack plug, and I connect it to a soundbar. The wire from the headphones is rather short, but long extension cords with mini-Jack connectors are available that can cross a room.
