These headphones are only designed to be used when powered on. What you experienced when turned off is normal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the frequency range response quality is lower with the noise canceling function turned off. the frequency range response quality is higher with the noise canceling function turned on. Its supposed to work that way.
