QuestionCan you adjust the volume on these headphones so the person wearing them can hear the TV at a comfortable level, but there is little / no sound coming from the TV into the room? So I can watch a show; my husband won't hear it? :) We have a new SONY X200E

- Answer These headphones have their own vol control on the right headset, at least on my Sony TV the volume of the TV speakers and the headphones are independent of each other. You can have no sound from TV speakers and headphones as loud as you want

QuestionWe have a new Samsung UN49NU8000FXZA. We cannot connect our Sony wireless headset model TMR-RF985R to it. What are the options to correct this problem?

- Answer We couldn't connect our Sony wireless headset directly to the television either but we were able to connect it to our satalite server which connects to our TV. I think you could connect to a VCR player or any devise that is already connected to the TV. Good luck. It took us a few tries too.

QuestionI BOUGHT MY HUSBAND THIS SET 9/2017. HE USES HIS HEADSET ALL THE TIME AND LOVES IT. HOWEVER, LAST WEEK THE RIGHT SIDE STOPPED WORKING. THE LEFT SIDE STILL WORKS FINE. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

QuestionThe headphones worked great for about two months and now I get nothing. I tried changing the batteries with regular and nothing still. I usually have no red light or green lights. I did notice I had a week red flashing light for a minute.

QuestionBatteries went bad in the over the ear headphones. What is the part no.to the 2 AAA incased in plastic. I tried regular AAA energizers, they work until drained. I believe there a little switch in the lower R corner. It must be down for bat to recharge?

QuestionI am on my 3rd pair of these worthless headphones. Sony has replaced them twice. They work ok for a couple of weeks and then they just won’t charge anymore. Hours overnight on the charger and the red light goes off. No audio. Sony admits problem.

- Answer Hi Derry, We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check if the right and left headphones are rested on the transmitter correctly. Take off the headphones and place them on the transmitter again so that the headphones’ contact points meet the transmitter’s contact pins. Charging may not be completed if the transmitter’s contact pin and headphones’ contact point are dusty. - Answer It depends on your use case. Most wireless headphones have gone bluetooth, but most music services are also available on tables and smartphones. Without knowing how you were using these headphones - Assuming the base station was plugged into a source via a headphone jack, you'll have to look online or add in a bluetooth audio adapter. Best Buy sells the Aluratek - iStream Universal Bluetooth Audio Receiver which would bridge an analog audio source bluetooth.

- Answer I am on my third set of these headphones. Today Sony had me unplug the base unit for a minute to “reset” them. They worked! But we shouldn’t have to reboot them to make them work. He said I probably had a power outage - but I didn’t.

- Answer no clue on what voice search is or auto tuning is. Sound is on or off. Yes red light stays on when charging.This model can experience static and sound cut out when the ear piece is adjusted. One pair had to be returned volume disconnect was so bad but it was an out of box discounted pair. New pair has done it a little but not enough to return
