QuestionI connected the new Sony player to a Vizio E-series 70 inch 4k uhd tv. The TV and dvd player are connected to a Yamaha V-583 4K receiver with 4k cables. I just watched a 4K movie and the picture was very good but not great. Do I have to adjust player?

- Answer Make the tv is putting out 4K and receiving 4K you can see this at the pause menu on 4K player also make sure your connected on a 4K entry port

QuestionThe specs says it can read SACD discs. Since most SACD's I own are Hybrid (one standard layer and one high res layer), will the player read the SACD high res layer automatically or do I need to select an option to ensure the SACD layer is being accessed?

- Answer Try uninstalling each app. Clearing all your cache and saved information. do a factory reboot of the whole entire system. Make sure you are hardwired with an ethernet cable that works. And we download one application at a time and try to set it up. Make sure your username and password is correct. and also make sure that you have enough slots available for services like Netflix make sure you are allowed to have several devices on without anyone streaming.

- Answer Not for DVD's. I don't think that Blue rays have regional coding, so you should be good, but DVD's out of region won't play.

- Answer I am unable to find any information regarding M3U playback. To access full screen change the settings for Screen Format under Screen Settings.
