- Answer Fold flatish, yes. The ear cups do swing 90 degrees. Still, the band is fixed size so there is not much space saving

- Answer Due to the fact that these headphones are over the ear, as opposed to ear buds, there is significantly less ambient sound as well as being noise canceling. Therefore the sound one would hear would more precise, clearer, and of course louder.

- Answer I don't know for sure, but I don't see why not. If you follow the pairing instructions like with your phone and go to pair the items, look for the headphones code in your TV settings and select, it should work. But I am not 100% sure. Sorry.
