• A:Answer These have very little sound leakage from my experience. They are a hardback ear case and shouldn't allow too much noise in or out, depending on volume and noise canceling use.

• A:Answer These are hands down, one of the best wireless headphones I've owned. Personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable taking these to the gym because of how premium the look and feel. But, this is nit to say you couldn't. Just know these headphones are not sweat-proof / resistant or waterproof / resistant. Hope this helps.
