Q: QuestionDoes this speaker produce a sound or voice acknowledgement when it connects? I have several Bluetooth speakers which make loud annoying sounds every time they turn on or off, connect or disconnect. Thank you.

Q: QuestionWe have 2 portable bluetooth speakers One keeps cutting and won't pair to other devices. It seems to only pair with the other speaker. Is there a way to reset them to factory? Im thinking this may help or at least it's a thought

• A:Answer I use mine in a vehicle so the vehicle heater & the radiant heat through the windshield keep the speaker warm. But, I DO NOT leave mine in the vehicle overnight if the temperature is expected to be lower than 45°. In the manual that came with the speaker Sony publishes the recommended temperature range. The cold will (& extreme heat) will compromise the battery’s ability to charge properly.

Q: QuestionWhen connected to play music, it will stop the music to load (loading circle by my wifi symbol, iPhone) and continue to stop and start music. I know it's not my wifi connection because when Bluetooth is off, my phone runs at normal speed. What is wrong?

• A:Answer I do not think that the speaker is the problem. As I understand things, the speaker does not load anything, it merely plays the input that it is receiving. Moreover, if you are seeing your WiFi icon loading....the speaker is using the Bluetooth signal only, not WiFi. I hope that helps.

• A:Answer The answer lies with your tv, not the speaker. The speaker will sync with any Bluetooth broadcaster. I'm not aware of tv's sending Bluetooth, but things change all the time. If your tv has an audio out jack, you can add a Bluetooth adapter to that port and sync with the speaker.
