Q: QuestionI was wondering if it can be paired with other devices for example a subwoofer?

However, this speaker has party connect feature which lets you connect up to 100 compatible* wireless speakers via Bluetooth . Devices* compatible with the Party Connect function: SRS-XB43, SRS-XB33, SRS-XB23, SRS-XG500, SRS-XP500, SRS-XP700 Hope this helps! -Sam

• A:Answer It is fine to leave plugged in as you can set it up to save on the internal battery through the Sony Music app. Also I use mine both on power for a louder sound and battery which is a little less of an impact but still sounds great.

• A:Answer Any Sony speaker with Stereo Pair or Party Connect will connect to this speaker. You will need the Sony Music Center app to do this. I am sure this can be done manually but would have to research. I have 2 xb23’s connected to it and the sound is amazing.

Q: QuestionCan I run this off of AC power only? Is there a battery protection feature to not overcharge at 100%?

• A:Answer Hi SoundDog, That's a great question! It is safe to leave it plugged in because charging stops when the built-in lithium ion battery is full. A topping charge is only applied when the battery voltage drops to a certain level. The good news is that the speaker is equipped with the Battery Care feature. Additional information: “Normal charge” and “Battery Care” modes are available as options for charging the built-in battery of the speaker. Battery Care mode limits the maximum charge capacity to approximately 90% and makes the battery life last longer. The playback time available in Battery Care mode is shorter than the time available when the built-in battery is charged by the normal charging method. At the time of purchase, the speaker is not in Battery Care mode. Regards, Jess

Q: QuestionHow do I stop the speaker from playing music when in pair mode? I share it at work and we're all annoyed that it won't stop playing music from the last device even when another is paired. How do I turn that off? Do other Sony Speakers share this feature?
