Yes it will according to Verizon. Verizon sends out a new Sim card for free and once plugged in, it will work. CDMA and GSM are no longer causing issues of compatability. As long as the phone is unlocked and has sim slot...it's fully functional on Verizon now.

No this phone works on GSM networks like AT&T and T-Mobile. Verizon and sprint are CDMA and are not compatible.

Surely it will, it works with any, even MetroPCS network. Great device too.
