QuestionCan I zoom past commercials? I record lots of overnight shows and they have 3-4 min blocks of commercials. Zooming ahead through the little thumb nails at the bottom of the screen saves a lot of time. I can do on my 2 channel system. It only makes sense.

- Answer No. 4th generation Tablo's have ATSC 1.0 tuners, but TV broadcasters will support ATSC 1.0 until at least 2027. ATSC 3.0 is only supported by a small amount of stations right now anyway, but ATSC 3.0 will become the standard at some point.

QuestionI’m considering purchasing a Tablo unit. I have 3 televisions (Samsung) that access the internet via Roku. We use all 3 TVs but at any given time no more than 2 TVs will be in use. Can I use the 2 tuner Tablo?

- Answer You can, but with two tvs working at the same time, it will be much more convenient to have the 4 tuner Tablo.

- Answer Hi! You can absolutely use Apple phone or tablet to set up Tablo. However, we do not yet have an app for Apple TV, but we are in beta and it should be releasing soon.

QuestionI have an LG WebOS TV purchased in 2020. When will the 4rth Gen app be available for my TV? I currently have a CM-7600 DVR connected to this tv via HDMI. This DVR runs Android TV and the Tablo gen 4 app loaded on it. Will this work with the Gen 4 Tablo?

- Answer I had the older version which worked great. Was very frustrated with Tablo for releasing the 4th generation before having the LG and other Apps working. Had to purchase a firestick (newer version) to get it working on my LG smart tv. It was like puliing teeth to get answers to my questions to get it working.

- Answer I do not believe there is an app for Samsung TV's. You use your android phone to set up the tablo, but you need another app to watch it on TV...such as a Roku or Firestick.
