I have been successful using both the VGA and HDMI ports at the same time. The refresh rate seems a little slow and I would not plan to run a lot of full action video, but it did work for me. I would suggest that it depends a lot on your computer and make absolutely sure you're using USB 3. Don't expect that success with USB 2.

Mireya, Yes, it works great for me. One monitor is VGA, other is HDMI. Station is plugged into my USB 3.0 slot and does it thing. I have an HP Envy laptop, HP and View Sonic Monitors and all three are customizable; no issues noted.
