I would think so. This charger uses the SAE J3400 (NACS) connector. The LADWP also names the Tesla Wall Connector in their list of qualifying products for the rebate here: https://www.ladwp.com/sites/default/files/2024-05/2024_Residential_EV_Rebate_Product%20List_English_052124.pdf
