The more expensive cooktop, model SGSXP365TS, includes these additional features: Patented Pedestal Star® Burners, 18,000 BTU Center Burner (Model SGS365TS has a 16,000 BTU Center Burner), progressive illuminated light ring around each knob indicating which burners are in use, and 2 ExtraLow® Select Burners. The raised pedestal burner allows a hand or sponge to fit easily under each burner to wipe the surface clean, and QuickClean Base® with a teardrop emboss reduces food buildup near the base and contains liquid spills for quick cleaning. The ExtraLow® Select burners with 5 precise settings are perfect for simmering or holding foods and melting chocolate without scorching or burning.

• A:Answer It would be easy for me to answer any questions you have for me if I owned this cook top but it is at my renter's home and I do not want you to bother them. All II can say is that they love the beauty of this cooktop and far as I know, everything is working fine. I am sorry but that's all I can say. This review may be easy for some who is a whiz at being a tech but I have been on the computer for 2 hours trying to answer the best I can with my capability. I am so sorry. This is the best that I can do. Please forgive me.
