• A:Answer Hello JustMe, thank you for your question and interest in model PRD304WHU. The two knobs in the middle control the oven, the one to the left is for the oven cooking mode, and the one to the right is the oven temperature.

Q: QuestionDoes this require a 3 prong or 4 prong outlet for the 240 volt 30 amp unit ?

• A:Answer Hello, thank you for your question. As this is a dual fuel unit, it does not include a power cord. The appliance must be connected to a dedicated circuit and a power supply kit (purchased separately) that includes a 3-pole, 4 conductor rated 250 volts, 50 amps, and marked for use with ranges. It is responsible for the installer to provide the proper wiring components. You can view more information in the installation manual. We strongly recommend the installation of a ventilation hood above this appliance. The hood must be installed according to the instructions furnished with the hood.
