A:Answer Yep it has parking mode when the hardwired kit is installed. You can choose from a few different settings in parking mode. Motion detection will record whenever the cameras see movement. If the car gets bumped, that will trigger a separate recording. The nice part is that it's buffered video so the recording starts from 10 seconds before the impact. It's not really continuous recording, but it will record whenever it sees movement or feels a bump.
