A:AnswerI’ve used it with War Thunder and Elite Dangerous both on Steam without any issues, so I’d assume that if you’re playing through Steam too you should be good to go, but I would investigate further.
A:AnswerYes I use it with the game along with use of the keyboard but it works great and you can remap most of the controls to suit specific things in Star citizen
A:Answer\I'm not sure about the throttle part of it but i used and older joystick (thrustmaster t flight x and it worked i haven't played much battlefront 2 but i use this stick for IL-2

A:AnswerI would read your game manual to see if that is an option. If your Pac-Man game has changeable controller settings to include a joystick, it should work. It’s overkill though, as the buttons and throttle quadrant wouldn’t be useful.
