QuestionHad this TV since mid-Oct 2020. Recent issue, when switching apps, TV speakers make a crackling sound and the audio in inaudible. Unplugging the TV resets the speakers and its fine until the next time I switch apps. Also have the 50" model and no issue.

Questionwhy would this tv allow some devices to work with composite AV cables and not others? For example my 2006 Wii will work but a 2012 Blu-ray player will not. All the devices I tested with will work with older flat screen tv?

QuestionAcquired this TV on Oct. 28 as a gift. It has recently developed a problem where a narrow horizontal "wave" will occasionally move vertically up or down on the screen. Does Best Buy handle warrantee claims directly? I think this problem may worsen.

QuestionOut of box I get a Horizontal destortion line that rolls up the screen every 15secs while connected to live TV (direct tv) ....no issues with Netflix or Amazon. Replaced & Checked every connection with no fix..... No line with my old tv... suggestions?
