QuestionI bought this open box and it did not come with TV remote or legs to stand, can someone help me see where u can get them? I don’t even have a picture to reference. Thank you in advance

- Answer Go to Amazon and buy their new remote for $35. It will work with this TV. As for legs, you need to contact Toshiba and order, look on eBay, or just hang the TV. You got a great deal on a great TV. Not going to be like you just opened the box for the first time. I hope this helps.

- Answer Sadly, no. You will need a separate tuner. That's how I am doing it.

QuestionCan I use the digital optical output to connect to my hearing aids while the tv's speakers are on so my wife can hear the tv at the same time or does the use of the digital optical output jack turn off the tv speakers?

- Answer I have my sound bar connected to the digital optical plug and the tv speakers work in conjunction with the soundbar. Hope this helps to answer your question somewhat

- Answer It does have built in Wi-Fi. If the spectrum app is available on your Fire TV stick then it’s going to be available on this TV. I don’t have spectrum to test it out though.

- Answer Hi PD, Make sure that in the picture settings on your Toshiba - 75" Class M550 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV with hands-free Alexa have 2160p (Ultra HD) selected and also look for the HDR settings to be sure it's enabled. QuestionSometimes the TV doesn't turn on with the remote. I have to unplug and replug it at the back of the TV, then it will turn on with the remote.... Also, when I pause a show it shuts itself off after 5 minutes. Very annoying...

- Answer The TV needs to be reset to factory defaults once unboxed and before 1st use. Do that and go thru the setup process again and you should be good to go.

QuestionAre there plans to fix the "Motion Processing" bug in the Amazon Fire OS? It turns itself back on everytime the tv is powered off and on again but the menu still shows it as "Off". This is a common issue being reported by users online, not a setup issue.
