• Yes, it will work with USB2. Almost all usb3 drives are compatible with USB2.

• Yes, this drive is backward compatible to USB2 just be aware that it will run much slower.

• Should have no problems, just will not be as fast as 3.0. Make sure not to plug into a non powered hub, i.e. plug directly into a computer USB as a non powered hub may not have enough voltage to run the drive if other USB devices that draw power are plugged into it.
