- Answer Thanks for your question, Frank. Yes, the Canvio Slim II drives are Windows 10 ready out of the box. The preloaded software (NTI Backup Now EZ and Pogoplug) have released automatic updates to support Windows 10.

QuestionDoes the software make an image of the PC hard disk?Meaning, can you a) boot and run the PC from the external drive and b) copy the entire saved image to your repaired or replaced internal hard drive and then start the PC from the internal drive again?

- Answer You can do a complete system backup using the NTI Backup Now EZ software that is included with the Canvio Slim II to back up the entire PC. Once you have done the complete system backup, you can create a bootable disk (either using the Canvio drive or USB flash drive) to restore all your data to your PC internal drive.

- Answer This is an external hard drive. You should have only installed it using a USB cable. If so, look in the "Computer" section after selecting the Start menu. It should show up. You might not have PnP enabled if you can't see it.

- Answer Yes, you should be able to backup the system with windows still running. Most machine manufactures provide a way to create a full backup of the machine (OS, programs and all) that you can use to restore from. Typically if windows is that corrupt however the USB won't work because the OS has the control over that functionality. Most of the time if you have to reload the entire operating system, you have to have it on CD or alternative HD

- Answer yes, it should work just fine. it functions as usb 2.0 aswell and xbox 360 has a factory 500gb hard drive, therefore, there should be no reason to worry.

- Answer It does not come format Fat32. You will need to format it to Fat32 to use it with PS3.
