    • Answer If the box says tracfone prepaid you need to connect the tracfone with a refill card you have purchased. Then they can instruct how to activate the phone. Cards are as low as $20 for 60 min 90 days of service. or ~ $100 for 1 year with 400 min. You can add more anytime you need more.
