A:Answeryes if you have a very good store that sells fasteners, etc. but you need to let them know what size, length, etc it is. The instructions in the kit are very good.
A:AnswerThis depends on the weight of the tv. There is a limit. It is really made for the later model more flat models ,of course. The framework is very strong however, good steel.
A:AnswerYou can get screws with either a new mounts even from dollar general or buy from ace hardware. You can find the size by either calling the company looking it up on Google over testing sizes. Screws should be like 7cents a piece or so
A:AnswerYes, I have my 65” oled mounted no issues. Mount is rated up to 150 lbs. I would only be concerned about tippage if your tv is really heavy and has wide bezels making the length of it really exceed the length of the stand and you’re using the swivel.
A:AnswerIt has a generous weight rating though I think the 55" limit is set for the over hang and perhaps if you plan on mounting it to the included hardware which raises the viewing level. Heavier may cause higher risk of tipping (backward.) Then you should somehow secure it with the included hardware for that. Bottom line, you can do it while knowing the involved risks. Good luck.
A:AnswerUnfortunately the shelves are not adjustable and there’s no way to opt out of any of them. I was hoping to leave out the top shelf, but turns out the brackets for the shelves are part of the metal central pillar, rather than part of the shelf. You’d have to saw off the brackets.
