QuestionCan this soundbar learn volume up and down commands from a cable remote control? I am able to teach my Klipsch sound bar commands and would like to do so for this one in my bedroom. I plan on using optical input on the soundbar.

- Answer My Dish remote can raise the volume up and down. When shutting off the TV and Hopper the Dish remote puts the soundbar on standby. I also use the optical input on the soundbar. To change the settings on the soundbar, you must use the Vizio remote control.

QuestionI bought the sb3651-e6 from u guys and hook it up step by step with hdmi cable and when I turn the tv off and back on the soundbar gets one word out and the tv goes black and then the picture come back on and then bar 4-5 minutes later what could it be

- Answer Hi. Check tv settings for sound and make sure it is set to what you need on the soundbar. Did yours come with optical cable? If so, that is easier to hook up.

QuestionI am trying to figure out if my remote is not working correctly....if I am sitting on my couch, the remote will not work. I basically have to be standing right in front of the sound bar. Is this normal?

- Answer This sound bar will work with your TV, it will not go the full length of your TV though. The subwoofer is placed across from the sound bar and is Bluetooth connected. I do not know anything about the LG subwoofers. We are very happy with the sound our sound bar puts out.

- Answer Your TV seems to be paired to the sound bar. Go into your TV settings for sound or Bluetooth devices and see if you can unpair the soundbar.
