A:AnswerThere is no way to reprogram the standard Vizio remote.
The only thing I can think of is to go to SmartCast and go all the way to the end of the app list all the way on the bottom of the TV and the very last thing you will see in the applications is something like "reorder applications" and you can move the application you want to be the very first one you see when you launch SmartCast (on the bottom)
