A:AnswerNot sure if I understand exactly what you're asking? But the surrounds that come with the this soundbar can be mounted in a variety of ways (I have mine on small speaker stands). You can position them in the front beside the soundbar or (as I have) as rear speakers - they sound best as rear speakers in my opinion. The only requirement is that they must be mounted close to the sub as these are wired to the sub. However, the included wires are plenty long, allowing you a lot of flexibility to separate them and mount them on stands or on the wall in an elevated position. There is also a setting on the remote that allows you to adjust the sound for elevation too.. They sound great - this is a very good sounding system for the price. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerNo you don’t need to use pass through to use earc and yes all other connected hdmi will provide sound for up to their capabilities. Like the ps5. You will need to make sure to use appropriate hdmi cables though, such as 2.1 cables.

A:AnswerMy sub is too loud more than anything. Sound like you need to double check the level of the sub through the remote. Also make sure it’s plugged in really tightly to the outlet, mine seems to loosen and doesn’t have great connection to my outlet thought that might just be a me issue. It is also possible that you got a defective sub. Call their Support and they will help you troubleshoot it, worst case they should send you a replacement. 877-878-4946
