- Answer Subwoofer is 175 watts if you download the manual it should show it in specs. Or go to RTings dot com it could be there too. It is loud enough and the app does have a minus which will lower it if it's too loud for you. But it thumps pretty good. And I leave it at -2 when I'm playing it atmos audio with a movie it's like on steroids.

QuestionIs it possible to order extension cables for the rear speakers that go beyond 25 feet?

- Answer They are RCA connections if you buy a very slim line RCA it will fit into the speakers or by some extension adapters that are thinner and they will fit in there. So you can add RCA connections at the sub but that plug is proprietary and go further in a little bit but like I said if you use a slimline RCM meaning the plug around the plug is thin I think it will work or by an extension adapter that will work also to add on more wire best thing is just get a female to a male extension slimline at the plug and you'll be good to go just make sure you plug in the right one for Atmos upfiring speaker.

- Answer Yes they are regular RCA cables but the problem find on Amazon ones that have thin shielding so we'll be able to plug into the surround speakers. I've used the RCAs with three-way wide adapters to add extra surround speakers that I had from my old Vizio sound bar to add more sound to Midway in my room. Hope I've helped

QuestionGot a few questions.... Does anybody know if this includes a Hdmi 2.1 cable with packaging or is separate one required. Also has anybody 100% clarified that this is a 2.1 earc port w/pass through? Different post that are stating 2.0 port only.

- Answer It does come with an HDMI cable, but not an HDMI 2.1 cable. It doesn't need to be HDMI 2.1, because only video signals like 4k@120 need HDMI 2.1 speeds, audio does not. Besides, if you were trying to feed a next gen console through it, you'd need the soundbar inputs to be HDMI 2.1 as well, and they are not. I can verify eARC is working and Dolby TrueHD and DTS X is outputted.

QuestionI see this will mount to Vizio OLED TV but what about other TVs? I have a LG 78” C8 OLED and wondering if I can mount this to the TV using a standard universal TV soundbar mount (specifically “Mount-It! Soundbar Mount” Model MISB391). Thanks in advance.

- Answer I mounted it to my Cx, I had to make it work because the mounting holes are on the bottom. The mount I used had brackets for the mount, and barely fit due to how thick the bar was.

- Answer I am also having issue with Smartcast app, does not consistently connect with soundbar, when it does I am unable to adjust any of the levels. Did i see that correctly - Vizio answered here that it is ‘Not’ compatible?

QuestionWhen I connect Xbox One X directly to the Elevate soundbar, the Xbox reports the soundbar does not support Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and PCM 5.1/7.1. Only DTS Surround and Dolby Digital are supported.

- Answer Are you connecting the soundbar to the xbox with an optical cable or HDMI? Atmos works only via HDMI. I have my Soundbar connected to my xbox and my Sony TV and have no issues with it playing atmos content. Make sure your connections are correct.

- Answer The connections themselves are a standard AUX connections and the wires themselves are standard speaker wires. I would recommend inspecting the hardware to ensure that it'll fit your needs.

QuestionThere is a 1 to 3 second delay between a TV source and getting the Elevate audio. It is not a lip-synch problem. Often the audio just not come on for 1 to 3 seconds. This is very annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Questionwhat stands will work with the satellite speakers? I bought two Elevate sound bars, one each for upstairs and down. But the couple speaker stands I tried won’t work. The double plug prevents a bracket coming from the bottom. No screw on bottom either.

- Answer The power cord included with the TV, in the box when purchased, is the same cord that the factory will use to test the TV and provide quality assurance. VIZIO recommends to only use the power cord included in the box when purchased. This helps to best maintain a proper operation of the TV.

- Answer Will it work? yes. Should you spend $1000 on a sound bar you plan to hook up via optical? Absolutely not!! If you're using optical cable for your sound runs, then look at lower cost sound bars. You won't notice any difference.
