A:AnswerHi, I have had Youtube tv for a month. If you love sports you’re like this app. 44 bucks a month including tax. Light on the mysteries, dramas, game show. No DIY, Investigative Discovery. No HGTV. No History channel. Local channels and all the news. DVR in the cloud works fine. Intime they will add the channels and the price. Cable never dies. It morphs.
A:AnswerYes But remember you can cast from pretty much anything, including your phone. I do frequently, but I usually use my phone becuase it alway seems to be close by.
A:Answer4k @ 60Hz @ 4:4:4 + 8 bit HDR : 26.8 ms
THis assumes you've got it plugged into the right port, right HDR an Game mode options turned on for that port.
A:AnswerFor example, in Game Mode the input lag for the 2018 Vizio model P at 1080 and 4K in HDR is 27.3 ms which is very good. Outside Game Mode It's 90.3 Ms. Go to www.rtings.com for more detailed information.
A:AnswerPicture quality is excellent. But the first TV I brought home would turn itself off and the picture would suddenly go grey. Best Buy sent me a new one. That one had a problem with the Wi-Fi, Visio sent a repairman who replaced the Wi-Fi unit and it still wasn't right. Visio sent a new TV and replaced it. That one had a Wi-Fi problem as well. Although the repairman came again and was able to fix it. I hope I don't have anymore problems for at least the next 10 years like what is the case with the first Visio I bought, but I doubt that will be the case after having problems with 3 brand new TV's.
A:AnswerYes, definitely. The quantum has what is dubbed as QLED and also has somewhere around 384 dimming zones vs this one having around 100. That is a really big difference. The basic answer is that the Quantum will have many more vibrant colors and get much brighter for HDR content, as well as being able to have much deeper black levels because of the dimming zones.
A:AnswerI honestly can't answer your question on this, but I can tell you the Vizio smartcast mobile app is garbage! I have the Vizio 5.1 sound bar and it's world war 3 to get it to work properly with it. I deleted the app after giving up on the connectivity of the app. It isn't a big deal for me to use chromecast so I don't care really, but my experience with it has not been good. This and the ARC issues with the sound bar has been the only 2 negatives of this set. After setting some things the way support told me to for the sound bar it has been doing ok. The ARC is new and really doesn't have a solid standard so the settings need to be right to keep it from becoming possessed and turning itself on, even in the middle of the night.
A:AnswerMostly it has to do with your cable provider, sometimes the signal is not as clear or may be setup in such a way that HD needs to be fed through a special box. Also keep in mind there are many versions usually of the same channel one is standard the other is HD, you may be only viewing the standard channels and they do not look very good.
Also small time cable providers sometimes don't provide HD formats and you may end up with very grainy TV in standard formats. You should contact your cable provider to let you know what options you have.
