Q: QuestionHow loud is the ringer and earpiece? Will this work for elderly person who is very hard of hearing?
Asked by Larry.
- A:Answer Hi - The ringer and earpiece volume on the VTech CS5119-16 are adjustable, allowing you to increase or decrease the sound level based on your preference. However, this model is a standard cordless phone and does not have amplified volume specifically designed for individuals with severe hearing loss. For someone who is very hard of hearing, it may still be usable if set to the highest volume, but it may not be loud enough in all situations. Hope this helps!
