- Answer kutch - No headset jack on CS6419. Look @ exciting VTech models which feature a totally cordless headset; like DS6671-3. Total mobiliy. No wires getting in your way.

- Answer Joey - The compatible accessory handset for CS6229-4 is CS6209. However, these models are no longer produced and may be hard to acquire.

QuestionBase unit OK. Extra phone not working.I charged and am using the base unit upstairs in my office. But, in the downstairs kitchen the second phone does not work. Everything is charged etc. I pressed the "find handset", but for some reason this does not work. Any help is appreciated.

Questioncannot be heardafter using an automated system when I actually get to pseak to a person that person cannot hear me, they keep asking if I am there I have even shouted yes but am not heard, they in turn release the call and I am stuck, what can I do

Questiondoes the light flash when there is a voice mail waiting?I'm looking for a phone that, when I come home, the phone will be flashing if there is a voice mail waiting, because I don't often think to look at the handset. - Answer If the modem has a regular RJ-11 line and the remote calling party on skype called your number that uverse gave you then yes. Or you culd call them if they have a skype phone number. This phone does not have a network cable and it can;t make VoIP calls over skype.
