- Answer Jenny - Visit vtechphones.com. Under the SUPPORT tab, click MANUALS, then enter the model number in the search box. You can read the manual on line, and save the file to your computer for future reference and printing.

- Answer It does have caller id I am not sure about three way calling but I do know it can transfer from one handset to another which is useful.

QuestionSpeaker question., tone,pulse, remote accessDoes each phone have speaker option for phone calls or only for in house communication. Also is there a pulse or tone switch .does it have remote access for recieving messages by phone call

- Answer It does have remote access. You set your remote code via the base. You can then check voicemail by going to your voicemail and pressing *coden8umberhere The base has speakerphone by default, the handsets itself have speakerphone button

QuestionThe back lit doesn't seem to work on my phone.The light does not work. How do I activate it? It is so dark cannot make out anything but a jumble of numbers. I am so disappointed in this phone. UGH!

QuestionIs there a current VTech or Panasonic cordless phone model with multiple mailboxesMy brother-in-law has a home business. He does not want to have 2 lines, but he does want to have 2 mailboxes for his answering system. They have an old VTech model that has that capability, but there does not seem to be any newer models that we can find that. The would like 4 handsets if available.
