Q: QuestionWhat are the computer requirements, like memory, disk space, and cpu requirements, I’ve tried looking but I can’t find an answer, I’ve even looked on this page, please help.

• A:Answer The Wacom Cintiq Pen Display plugs directly into your computer and acts like a second monitor, so essentially the only computer requirements are a USB port and an HDMI port. Otherwise you really just need to make sure your computer can run the art software you plan to use, and then you'll be set to go! Any disk space or memory you use will be for the art program and not the Pen Display itself.

• A:Answer I'm sorry, I'm not entirely sure what sort of ports a Chromebook has, but to use the Wacom Cintiq 16 Pen Display you need an HDMI port and a USB port. If your laptop has both of those, you're set! I know some of the new Macbooks require adaptors to use those things, so you may want to check that if you have those ports that they're standard and not microUSB, otherwise you'll need an adaptor as well (although I'm pretty sure that's more of a MacBook thing than a Chromebook thing).

• A:Answer Yes. I use this display with Lightroom, Photoshop, Topaz apps, and Aurora HDR 2019. I'm sure it will work with ON1 as well since the pen emulates a cursor but with additional capabilities such as pressure and angle.

Q: QuestionCan this tablet be mounted on a arm to allow for easy out of the way or pull in. I have a computer setup that is quite compact and I need to mount the tablet on an arm. If so what products would work with it?

• A:Answer This model can be mounted using any 75mmx75mm vesa compatible monitor arm. I was able to mount mine and use it comfortably without too much wobble. The monitor arm I used was a vivo stand-v001o I found online. The main thing to consider when finding the right arm is to make sure it will support lighter monitors. The cintiq 16 is very light compared to most monitors, so a majority of arms will not be able to stay in place because the tension will be too high. You can add weights to balance it a bit, or just find a stand that allows you to loosen the tension.

Q: QuestionHello. I have a Lenovo T730 Tower and it only says "Display output" puts. there is no HDMI. Would this work with a tower? Would you plug the tablet into the Monitor or the Tower? Thanks :)

• A:Answer The Wacom Cintiq will need an HDMI signal from a host computer. Typically this would come from the computer itself as HDMI connections on a monitor are inputs for that display. If your computer has a different type of display connector than an adapter may be used.

• A:Answer This is a pen display only. You will need to install a design software on your pc either way. This cintiq will need to be plugged into your computer and a power supply to function. The Cintiq 16 is not a mobile tablet.
