- Answer Anonymous; At this time, there is not an antivirus option available for Apple iOS devices. Because of how Apple manages the apps available in their App Store, there is not a need for one currently. This may change in the future but at this time is is extremely hard/almost impossible to infect an iPad. Hope that helps.

QuestionCANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONMy laptop died and I am not getting a new one right away. I need to cancel my subscription, but I don't know my keycode and I can't look it up since my computer is dead. What can I do? I think it is about to auto-renew and I don't want it to charge my card.

- Answer I would call Best Buy customer service. They will have record of your keycode, which is attached to your name in their system.

- Answer I believe security will only run on the Surface Pro. Surface Pro is running the standard Windows operating system. Surface RT is different than standard Windows, and thus wouldn't run a security program.

- Answer No, i don't think it will speed things up. Although when I had another virus protection (I think it was avg) that took up a lot of space and really slowed my computer, and switching to webroot did seem to help with the speed.
