- Answer Hello! Keypad tones and volume can be adjusted. Press CLOCK to reach the Sound submenu. 1. Button Tones On and Off: Press 1-On 2-Off 2. Volume: Press 1-Low, 2-Med, 3-High Pressing the Start keypad, pressing the CLOCK keypad will save.

QuestionI recently installed this microwave. Now there is a shadow on the wall because the lighting under the microwave is very dim compared to the under cabinet lighting. Is there another, brighter halogen bulb that can be purchased for this unit?

- Answer This unit includes carbon filters which can be replaced when they wear out. The carbon filters are only used when the unit is configured to recirculate air - if configured to vent to the outside, you remove the filters.

QuestionThe dimensions list the the width is 21.25 inches, but I believe this is wrong. Isn't the width actually almost 30 inches? I looked up the model number on a competitor's website and they list the width at 29.88 inches. What's going on???

QuestionAre there some kind of spacers to use next to it. The low profile would be perfect but the space where it will go is larger by 4 inches on either side of the unit.
