Q: QuestionThe light on our low profile when out. We replaced the bulb and tested it before replacing the t panel. Now the light and fan buttons will not work. Could it be a blown fuse? How do I fix this?

Q: QuestionI have this oven installed above my electric range. I have 20" space above stovetop to bottom of MW. I want to change to gas stove. I exceed the minimum height spelled out in install manual but want to verify if it is a safe height above a gas stove.

Q: QuestionThe installation instructions are pretty much the same for every Whirlpool model. However, I need to know the max side cabinet depth allowed for this specific item since it seems to be deeper that the other ones I need to know this information.

Q: QuestionJust purchased the low profile over the range microwave to replace a Maytag Microwave. I had to have a electrican come in and install a outlet for it. the old microwave was a lower watt, The newer one is a higher watt and keeps tripping the breaker.

Q: QuestionIs it OK to position unit to vent directly upward into the kitchen (can't vent to outside in our condo)? Filters should still reduce odors/grease, but top vents will be visible unless unit is positioned quite high above stove.

Q: QuestionWhen I press "open" button on touch panel, door does not open -- microwave makes gurgiing noise. Disconnect power and plug back in microwave goes back to normal. I can manually open door and start microwave but touching open button starts noise again.

Q: QuestionI just installed the microwave. I read the instructions to set the clock and it is not working. Please tell me what to do if it is not in the manual that came with microwave. I looked at some videos and my microwave does not show a submenu.

Q: QuestionI have two whirlpool microwaves. On the countertop size I can gear the end of cook time sound even if I'm upstairs. On my WML75011hz I can Barely hear the sound if I'm next to it after adjusting volume to highest level. Thank you for any help!

• A:Answer Hi Bob, Keypad tones and volume can be adjusted. Press CLOCK to reach the Sound submenu. 1. Button Tones On and Off: Press 1-On 2-Off 2. Volume: Press 1-Low, 2-Med, 3-High Pressing the Start keypad, pressing the CLOCK keypad will save.
