Q: QuestionThis model has an internal tub light setting but the light doesn’t come on. It is set on L1 (the default). Is there something else that needs to be set?

Q: QuestionI put my setting on "heat dry", not "extended dry" yet my dishes and stuff still seem fairly wet. I set it to go about 9:00PM and don't open it again until 7:00AM. Does anyone else have this happen or is it just my unit.?

• A:Answer Hello, JimdNH Your dishwasher is designed to use rinse aid for improved drying performance. Rinse aid improves drying and reduces water spots and filming. Water "sheets" off dishes rather than forming water droplets that cling and leave spots. Rinse Aid can also help your dishwasher retain less moisture on the interior walls and door. Q: QuestionWith Quick Wash cycle, I want to use the Extended Heated Dry option but I was NOT able to select the option. Is it a defect? I could turn it on with other wash cycles.

Q: QuestionWhenever I use rinse aid with this dishwasher, it uses all the rinse aid in 3 or fewer wash cycles. The manual says that I should only be refilling the rinse aid once every 1 to 3 months depending on usage. Is this a known issue with this model?
