- Answer Not sure what is happening with that situation, but I would just unplug it for about a minute and then plug it back in and see what happens. Then reach to whirlpool for a in house check up.

QuestionFor washer WFW5605MW - I tried adding liquid detergent in the compartment to the max line and it all drained away as i was pouring. Why did this happen? Does this have Optimal Dispense? Where did my detergent go?

- Answer I don’t believe you can the one is narrower and deeper in depth so they will not line up correctly. If you need to stack you should replace both.

- Answer SanDran, the model GHW9250MW1 pedestal is part number LAB2700MQ. The model WFW5605MW pedestal is WFP2715HW. The old pedestal will not fit on the new washer. We hope this helps.

QuestionDoes the "Tumble Fresh" feature circulate fresh air into the washer in order to prevent the laundry from going sour, or does it just tumble the laundry to prevent wrinkles?

- Answer No it does not. Older models did have one. It was called Fan Fresh then. Now it is called Tumble Fresh. Too bad they took that out. I had a Fan Fresh model, it was fantastic.
