QuestionWhen washing top rough clothes, the water level doesn't cover the clothes. Is this normal or is something wrong.

- Answer Well You can not see the water level unless you stop and unlock the lid. This might show a level not yet full. The unit has an automatic water level sensor depending on the load in the machine. I have not noticed this as a problem.

QuestionMy Washer stopped mid cycle and will not finish the cycle. Water is still in the washing machine. I've unplugged the washer to try to restart it and it keeps saying done. I've had the washing machine just over a month.
