A:Answer Best Buy charges extra for delivery and installation, the most important part being the setup of the dryer venting pipe. I regret that I didn't read the installation manual that came with the dryer while they were working on this. If I had, I would have known that they had failed to follow the requirements in the manual, and in fact created a fire hazard. They refused to correct their mistake and left, leaving me to figure it out and re-do the job myself. This dryer is very good, but I strongly advise buying it from another vendor, and make sure that they install it as instructed in the installation manual.
