A:AnswerSteve, I have Total Tech Protection Plan and they picked up my old washer and dryer when they brought the new ones. We then bought a set for another location and they not only came and measured the area for free but the Tech guy showed me my options on his computer and I purchased the new washer and dryer right then. Very smooth job.
A:AnswerIt has either as you have to buy the plug. You should have it installed then you wouldn’t have to worry about it. They’ll bring all the stuff take away the old one bring the new one hook it up just total tech membership.
A:AnswerHi Greg, this Dryer does have moisture sensing. It has the AutoDry Drying System. Helps prevent overdrying with the AutoDry™ drying system that senses when clothes have reached the right moisture content and stops the cycle. We hope this helps!
