A:Answer Yes the manufacturer warranty is 3 years, but you have to contact them, wait for a shipping label (once the manufacturer has decided that your issues are due to a faulty product, ship out said product, wait for them to verify that it is an issue (though most manufacturers will just send out a replacement anyway as part of customer service). Then you have to wait for them to ship you the replacement product.
