There is no wireless speaker output (Bluetooth, proprietary or any other form). Since this has Surround channel "Pre-outs", you can purchase a Bluetooth (BT) transmitter with these pre-outs. They are RCA connectors and you would be hard pressed to find a BT transmitter with RCA so you would also need a adapter cable that goes from mini phone jack to RCA (Left and Right). Although, this is all economical and maybe cost you under $50 additional funds for this. I don't know how your Bluetooth speakers are but if one hooks up to the other (where one receives the BT signal and send the powered music to the other channel) or you are using 2 completely separate BT speakers. If the latter, than you would need two BT transmitters and only use one channel on each BT transmitter to send signal to the correct left and right BT speaker. The Sony and this are almost comparable, except that the Sony does not have full surround pre-outs like the Yamaha. The Sony has some great built in multi-room music casting via their proprietary WiFi speakers. It also has Google Home and Comcast built in. The Yamaha went the Alexa route. Even though my home is a Google home, that was still not enough to go with the Sony. I have not like Sony in the past and have always liked Yamaha. Plus I needed the full surround pre-outs that the Yamaha had.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s my understanding that she can do this using either Bluetooth connection to wire speakers purchased separately or using the music cast system. As far as sound quality goes this is a personal taste I believe the Yamaha is better as I believe it has superior DACs but I’m not sure. Generally the higher end sound shops will carry Yamaha or Marantz.
