I like this workout because it is under 50 minutes but gets the job done. It's a total body workout with modifications for the beginner and advanced. It has a nice mix of cardio and strength training and its challenging but not too difficult that you won't want to do it again. There's even a bonus ab section, which I haven't tried that yet, although I was so pleased with the whole workout that I expect that portion is just as good as the rest. This is a great workout if you're looking to tone and sweat.

I love RIPPED!!!! It is not just one type of workout. It includes cardio, Plyometrics, weights for power development, interval training, and endurance all in this one-hour workout!!! This allows for me to remain in shape and burn calories for a full 24-hours by this quick workout. As well, there are RIPPED classes at some gyms where I can attend and change-up my workouts!! Great music is also a plus.

It is awesome that R.I.P.P.E.D. has made their video available to everyday people. I enjoy the fact that I can workout in the privacy of my home at my own pace. I like the breakdown of the workout and that I work out every muscle group. I also like the modifications...I can start low and build. Thanks Terry Shorter for creating the "One Stop Body Shock"
